DEPOSIT
A fully refundeable deposit of £100 is required to cover against loss of keys breakages etc.
COMMUNITY RULES
Please dont hang washing over the balcony ( a foldaway clothes maiden provided ).
Please be aware of noise levels after 2200 hrs.
Please do not take glasses to the pool area.
Children under 12 to be accompanied at poolside.
Swimming pool is for the exclusive use of owners, rentals and their families.
