We are offering a luxury holiday rental apartment located within the  Manilva district of the Costa Del Sol at Alboran Hills, located between Marbella and Sotogrande next door to Puerto De La Duquesa in Spain. To visit us you will fly into either Malaga or Gibraltar Airports.

Our intention is for you to achieve the best Andalucian experience possible and for this site to grow into an interactive community so our friends can both explore and contribute information and experiences about the surrounding areas.

Use the menu on the left to get a feeling of the sights and sounds that Andalucia can offer you. ABOUT OUR APARTMENT

The rental apartment is modern and fully equipped throughout ( from ironing board to toaster ). There are two bedrooms, the Master with king size double bed and fitted wardrobes together with en suite with bath / shower. It has patio doors leading onto a roomy balcony. The twin bedroom has windows overlooking the balcony and fitted wardrobes and seperate bathroom with walk in shower cubicle. Both are  facing to take advantage of the morning sunshine.

The apartment is tiled throughout and furnished to a high standard with a fully equipped kitchen ( washer, fridge freezer, microwave and full utensils), it has a large living room with a sumptuous leather suite and is fitted with satellite TV and DVD player. Living room  patio doors lead onto a large well lit balcony with table and chairs overlooking peaceful Andalucian countryside with a view of the mediterranean to your right.

It is fully air-conditioned and comfortably sleeps four. There is easy gated access including  lifts and accessible parking in the underground garage or adjacent avenue. You have full access to a large communal pool with seperate child friendly pool with full amenities (toilets and poolside shower )

LOCATION

Ideally located whatever your tastes. Near to Marbella famous for its exclusive shopping amongst leafy avenues and cool fountains or dine in the picturesque Plazza de las Naranjos (Orange Square) amongst the orange trees. Or nearer to home start the day with coffee on the balcony and watch out for the resident falcons hovering and swooping in front of the balcony. If you want a relaxed stroll then walk 400 metres downhill and you are on Aldea Beach. This is blue flagged, clean and safe to swim from. 

If you go left along the beach then 20 mins later you will find yourself at Puerto De La Duquesa ( for the less energetic 2 mins in the motor ). This is an up market port with several cafes and restaurants. A few minutes past Duquesa you can wander onto the beautiful promenade at Sabinillas or drop into Puerto Banus and mingle with the millionaire set.

For the more adventurous don't forget your skis - drive up to the Sierra Nevada mountains and in 2rs you can be practising your snowplough on the piste ! For the golfers drive down through Sotogrande and up to Valderama golf club for a few holes or just try lunch and take in the view, you dont have to be a member to go in for food and you will find friendly and helpful staff.

 You are a 40 minute drive from Gibraltar with the view from the top of the Rock and duty free shopping - a definate must visit.  (Don't forget your passport )
