Safari Park

Selwo African-styled Safari Park is the largest in Spain with over 2000 species in semi-wild conditions. Anticipate a beautiful journey through the botanical gardens, the large reptile house and the magnificent bird canyon.

The two tours that take place from all-terrain vehicles take you through breathtaking scenery, while the guides provide an educational experience. There are also restaurants and refreshment areas throughout the park. Selwo Safari Park is great for the kids or for anyone who wants to see animals, some quite rare, all kept in beautiful, caring environments.

There are tours that take place from an all-terrain vehicle with some great guides and many open walks that require plenty of water and sunscreen!  Selwo is far more than a zoo because the animals live in almost natural habitats with considerate space between them and the public and you can see all the favourites such as lions, tigers, rhinos, elephants, giraffes and bears

The park is situated between San Pedro de Alcantara and Estepona, just off the N340. To get there turn left from the Apartment facing the sea, drive along the A340 coast road in the direction of San Pedro / Malaga or Marbella. You will see the large Selwo Safari Park sign after appro 25 minutes drive it is situated a few miles north of Estepona and south of San Pedro. Great for the kids - you can take a Safari bus ride and see Rhinos, elephants and flamingos.
